Kevin Bush is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor based in Naples, Florida, with more than two decades of leadership experience spanning SaaS, managed services, real estate, and landscape development.
He is the CEO & Founder of CPL Landscape Services (Calusa Pines Landscape & Hardscape LLC), a rapidly expanding Southwest Florida firm specializing in landscape design, hardscape construction, irrigation, water remediation, and long-term property maintenance. Under Kevin’s direction, CPL has pursued a strategy of operational integration and acquisition—most recently incorporating Horticare Landscape Services—positioning the company as a premier provider to both high-end residential communities and commercial developers across Collier County.
Beyond CPL, Kevin serves as General Partner at KMB Family Partnerships LLC, a boutique venture capital firm that provides growth capital to entrepreneurs in proven businesses with $500K–$2M in EBITDA. Through KMB, Kevin partners with founders and family offices to support strategic growth in technology, human capital, real estate, and managed services.
Earlier in his career, Kevin was the Founder & President of Source4Teachers & MissionOne (ESS), which he scaled from a start-up into the nation’s leading provider of K-12 managed services. He grew ESS to over $350 million in annual revenue, serving more than 1,000 school districts nationwide, before leading its acquisition by Nautic Partners in 2015. Kevin remained on the Board of ESS until 2021, supporting its continued expansion and industry leadership.
Kevin is also a Founder and Partner of Leadline, Inc., a SaaS company serving the education and human capital markets.
With a track record of building and scaling businesses across multiple industries, Kevin is widely recognized for his ability to align operational execution with strategic vision. His focus in Naples centers on real estate investment, business development, and community-driven growth initiatives
